Health and Safety Advisor

Location: South East (covering south east London and Kent)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (with flexibility)

Salary: up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Work From Home Options + Autonomy

We’re working in partnership with a highly respected organisation that places health, safety, and wellbeing at the core of everything they do. Health & Safety is embedded into the culture, not just a box-ticking exercise. As they continue to grow, they’re now seeking a committed Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.

The Opportunity

You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a strong, well-established safety culture across multiple sites in SE London and Kent.

With support from the top and freedom to work with autonomy, this role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and be part of an organisation where safety truly matters.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor Health & Safety compliance
  2. Highlight areas for improvement and advise on practical, achievable actions
  3. Work closely with site teams to promote a proactive and positive safety culture
  4. Produce detailed reports and insights from Health & Safety data
  5. Drive continuous improvement across health, safety, and environmental practices
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally within FM, construction or engineering
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
  • Confident in delivering audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) certification
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
