A reputable safety consultancy is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of personnel in productions. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies, and providing on-site support. Ideal candidates will have a Level-3 Safety Qualification and previous health & safety experience. This full-time role offers a salary between £28,000 - £32,000 and flexibility in a hybrid work arrangement.

The services we provide our clients include drafting documentation (Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Policies, Fire Risk Assessments, Event Safety Management Plans), email & phone advice, on-site support, and training.
The Role:
As a Health & Safety Advisor at Safe Elephant, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all personnel involved in productions. The role involves identifying potential hazards, implementing safety management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations. The H&S Advisor works closely with production teams to create a secure environment where creativity and operational efficiency can thrive.
You will contribute to the following areas of the business:
The job is extremely varied, and will require someone that is flexible and can handle last-minute changes. As a hybrid role, your workplace will be regularly changing, however you will need to be London-based. There will be times where you re required to work on sites across the country, and possibly internationally. Most of your admin-time will be home-based.
The Person:
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and interested in the prospect of an ever-changing workload. Whilst some entertainment industry knowledge, experience and qualification would be beneficial, we re open to finding someone with health & safety experience from another field, who we can help come to grips with the industry.
