As a Health and Safety Advisor at CELSA, you'll be part of a team that is dedicated to creating a safe working environment for all its employees. Working within our Health and Safety department, no two days will be the same, as you'll be working with managers across two different sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections.
2. Provide advice and support to management on health and safety matters.
3. Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommendations.
5. Stay updated on health and safety legislation and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
