Health and Safety Advisor

You will need to be based commutable to Birmingham. This will include travel across the UK due to the nature of the projects. The salary for this role is £40,000 – £50,000 (D.O.E) + Company Bonus + Pension + Training & Development.

They are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join the team who will have a key role in ongoing projects. This role would suit a Health and Safety Advisor from a Construction or Demolition background looking for a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role:

• Support and lead health & safety across all projects, ensuring top priority on compliance, risk management, and safe delivery.
• Advise leadership and site teams, conduct audits, risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements.
• Be a key safety ambassador–engage with clients, manage incidents, and champion a strong safety culture company-wide.

The Person:

• Strong proven experience in Health and Safety – this can be within Construction but knowledge of demolition would be a distinct advantage.
• You will ideally have NVQ 6 in Occupational Health and Safety or NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH or working towards and CSCS Card.
