Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to cover residential and commercial projects in Bedfordshire. You will report to the Head of Health & Safety, conduct site visits, inspections, RAMS and reports, and manage your workload with support when needed.

The role offers a strong salary (£45,000–£48,000) plus a company van, with no overnight stays and the autonomy to plan your own site visits while receiving guidance from a senior leader.

Qualifications

• Two years in Health & Safety role.
• Minimum Tech IOSH.
• Construction experience, ideally residential or commercial.
• Confident carrying out site inspections and completing RAMS independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site visits and inspections.
• Write RAMS and reports for projects.
• Support Head of Health & Safety and manage workload with guidance.
• Contribute to continuous safety improvements on site.

Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: GBP45,000 GBP48,000 + Company Van
Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 4pm

I m working with a growing construction business looking to bring a Health & Safety Advisor into their team, covering residential and commercial projects.

You ll report directly to the Head of Health & Safety, carrying out site visits, inspections, writing reports and completing RAMS. They re looking for someone who can manage their workload independently while having the support of an experienced Head of H&S when needed.

The business has recently introduced a new safety management system and continues to win new contracts, so there s plenty happening as they expand.

Groundworks experience would be a bonus but isn t essential.
