About the Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their award-winning Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Team. Known for their supportive and collaborative approach, the in-house EHS team works closely with site teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects across the group.

Reporting to: Head of Group Health, Safety and Environment

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong communication and influencing skills, who is capable of working independently. A background in the Construction industry is essential, and prior experience conducting audits is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a safe workplace free from health and environmental risks

  • Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Conduct safety inspections in line with departmental standards

  • Provide clear, competent advice to site management and assist in resolving identified issues

  • Liaise effectively with external consultants as required

  • Communicate regularly with the wider EHS team on site matters

  • Attend relevant meetings and audits as part of the EHS team

  • Collaborate with site teams to proactively resolve safety challenges

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
