We're Hiring: Health & Safety Administrator

Are you passionate about keeping things safe, organised, and running smoothly? We’re looking for aHealth & Safety Administratorto join our growing team and help us raise the bar on safety and compliance across our entire facility.This is your chance to make a real impact, from streamlining documentation to working closely with contractors and internal teams, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything is compliant, efficient, and safe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the admin side of health & safety compliance keeping records up to date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with our facilities and maintenance teams to manage machinery files and inspection logs.
  • Liaise with contractors to collect and file RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)and insurance documents.
  • Help develop and refine contractor control procedures, including permits to work.
  • Organise and maintain documentation for risk assessments, inspections, and safe systems of work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong admin background and confidence working independently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Working Safely and/or a NEBOSH National General Certificate would be advantageous but not essential. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, particularly in compliance administration would be beneficial.
