Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer certification.
• Willingness to gain Group Exercise qualification within 6 months.

Job Details

• Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 (Pro Rata) (Grade 4)
• Contract type: Part time, permanent
• Locations: WV Active Bert Williams, Aldersley Leisure Village, Central Baths
• Hours: 12 to 28.5 hours per week, various contracts available

We are part of City of Wolverhampton Council, supporting over 12,000 active members and hosting national events. Our leisure brand, WV Active, operates three centres in the city.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise the gym and carry out inductions
• Produce personal workout programmes
• Teach Group Exercise and Aqua Aerobics Classes
• Maintain cleanliness of gym areas

Qualifications Needed

• Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Group Exercise qualification or professional experience (Les Mills, spinning, etc.) or willingness to gain within 6 months
