We are currently recruiting a Health and Fitness Coach to join us.

The role involves inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions, and potentially Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective health & fitness programs tailored to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment. You will also foster a community-oriented environment and deliver excellent customer service.

This role involves high customer interaction, and you may need to assist other staff members. We offer a safe, fun, professional environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.

Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust.

About you

The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent service, going the extra mile for customers. Good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

You must have a Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification and be working towards a Level 3 Advanced Instructor qualification. Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
