About the role

As a Health Advisor in the Wellness & Mental Health (W&MH) team, you will support business development activities and provide expert advice on health consultancy, focusing on mental health and wellness. You will drive the creation of evidence-based strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting solutions across Europe and Africa.

Key responsibilities

1. Support business development activities and engage with prospective and current clients.
2. Lead the creation of comprehensive, evidence-based strategies for health consulting, focusing on mental health and wellness.
3. Provide professional medical services and health expertise to shape the W&MH strategy.
4. Deliver health consulting solutions to clients, specifically focusing on mental health and wellbeing.
5. Maintain relationships with key clients and identify consulting solutions to complement their services.
6. Collaborate with peers across regions to share best practices and identify market trends.
7. Assist in designing and implementing programs for new and existing clients.
8. Represent International SOS in professional forums and the media.

About you

1. Senior role experience in mental health and wellness, either in consultancy or in-house.
2. Cross-cultural people management experience, particularly in Europe and Africa.
3. Medical degree from a recognized university and GMC registration or equivalent.
4. Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
5. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
6. Flexibility to work outside of normal duty hours as required.
7. Experience in developing mental health and wellness strategies in a consultancy or corporate context.
8. Strong presentation and communication skills.
9. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
10. Leadership and supervisory skills.
11. Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
12. Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office.
