BUPA Health Advisor | Sevenoaks Medical Centre

Full Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary depending on experience.

As a BUPA Health Advisor, you'll conduct various health assessments and collaborate with patients to help them make the necessary changes for a longer, healthier, and happier life.

This is a full-time role working at The Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic, Sevenoaks Medical Centre, and other facilities as required.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct tests as part of the health assessment, including electrocardiograms, blood sampling via venepuncture, blood pressure measurements, body measurements, and utilizing the body stat machine.
• Provide personalized lifestyle advice tailored to the patient's needs, considering their health risks, assessment findings, and goals for health and wellbeing.
• Ensure all equipment is prepared in advance for each session, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment afterward.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the patient at the heart of their health assessment.

Person Specification

• Hold a post-secondary education vocational qualification in a relevant subject.
• Experience in performing measurements or assessments in health and fitness settings.
• Experience giving patient advice in healthy living/lifestyle contexts, including physical activity, nutrition, smoking, alcohol, sleep, and stress management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working as a Health Advisor in a clinical setting.
