Job summary

St John's CofE Academy in Coventry, part of the Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust, seeks a passionate Headteacher to lead a one-form entry primary school with a Christian ethos.

You will champion inclusion, staff wellbeing and high standards, using robust assessment and data to drive improvement, and build strong partnerships with families and the wider community. Start January 2027 and salary range £72,032–£79,460 per year (FTE).

We are seeking a passionate, values-driven and highly skilled Headteacher to lead our vibrant and inclusive Church of England academy in Coventry. We are looking for a headteacher who is kind, dedicated and passionate about staff wellbeing to work with our dedicated team to help every child shine.
