Walton on Trent CofE Primary School is a thriving school at the heart of the local community, providing a vibrant learning experience for every child. Values driven with a focus on providing an environment that prepares pupils to be confident and happy citizens, JTMAT is now starting its search for the next leader of this caring and inclusive school.

The successful candidate will have a solid track record of delivering school improvement, expertise across all Key Stages and experience of strategies to improve teaching and learning. Working closely with the Trust, you will set the strategic direction of the school, develop plans for improvements and developments, and have the skills to engage with staff, pupils, Governors and the wider school community.

We’re looking for outstanding candidates who can provide leadership, guidance and direction, with an ability to not only assess but demonstrate outstanding teaching practice. You’ll have the skills to build a high performing team, motivating and challenging where necessary, and be able to forge and nurture partnerships for the benefit of the school.
