Codnor Community Primary School Church of England Controlled seeks a Headteacher to lead the next chapter, building on strengths and securing lasting improvements in education and outcomes for our children. Our Christian vision underpins values, inclusion and high expectations for every pupil.

We want an inspirational, strategic leader who will develop staff, strengthen teaching across Early Years, KS1 and KS2, and build strong links with families, Governors, and the wider community.

• Excellent classroom practitioner with strong teaching, learning and curriculum understanding across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.

• Build strong relationships with children, staff, parents and carers, Governors, the Church and wider community.
• Commitment to inclusion and removing barriers to learning, including for pupils with SEND.
