  • Puts children first with the belief that all pupils can achieve, and an unwavering commitment to pursuing successful outcomes for all – academically, socially and emotionally
  • Has a passion for school improvement and a proven track record of leading and positively impacting on pupil progress and attainment
  • Champions the vulnerable and is committed to inclusion and equality of opportunity
  • Sets and models high standards for self and others
  • Has a coherent understanding of relevant and current educational policy and practice
  • Has the knowledge and expertise to maintain a highly effective culture of safeguarding across the school
  • Recognises and understands the importance of Children’s Rights, and is committed to continuing the school’s journey as a UNICEF Gold Rights Respecting School
We can offer a Headteacher:
  • A diverse, supportive school community, with an inclusive, values-driven ethos that puts Children’s Rights at the heart of all we do
  • Fantastic children who love to learn, love to achieve, and love to have their voices heard
  • A passionate, dedicated staff team who truly make a difference to children's lives every day
  • A strong curriculum and effective teaching and learning approaches designed to meet the needs of all our pupils
  • A bespoke induction, mentoring and coaching programme, with bespoke mentoring on the day-to-day running of school from an experienced Headteacher
