A community-focused primary school in Trowbridge is seeking a visionary Headteacher to lead and inspire the school community. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional teaching skills, proven leadership experience, and the ability to foster positive relationships both within the school and with external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in guiding the school's development and ensuring a nurturing environment for all children.
We are looking for a visionary Headteacher to promote enthusiasm for learning and guide our school through the next phase of its development. You will be an outstanding educational leader who wants to make a difference for our children, as well as an exceptional teacher with the vision and drive for continuous school development and improvement.
You will be responsible for the leadership, internal organisation, management and control of the school, in consultation with the Trust, Governing Body, staff and parents.
