Situated on a stunning 15-acre site near Reigate town centre, and just a few minutes' walk from Reigate Grammar School (RGS), RSM is an outstanding prep school with a supportive ethos, strong community, and a lively atmosphere. As a junior school to RGS, RSM offers a broad and progressive curriculum that helps children excel academically and develop skills to thrive as they transition to senior school and beyond.
RSM is seeking an exceptional candidate to succeed Mr. Marcus Culverwell as Head when he retires in 2026 after 20 years of distinguished leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Head and Board of RGS, as well as other junior school Heads, to shape the future of one of the UK’s most strategic and successful groups of schools. The appointee will be responsible for delivering a vision to maintain RSM’s position as a leader in providing a world-class preparatory education for girls and boys in Reigate. The role involves building on the school’s strengths and ensuring its continued success in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
