Key Responsibilities:

• Educational Leadership: Provide strategic vision and leadership to ensure a nurturing, inclusive, and effective learning environment tailored to the needs of autistic pupils and those with associated conditions.

• Specialist SEN Expertise: Leverage your expertise in autism, learning difficulties, and complex communication needs to drive educational excellence and implement effective strategies for behaviour management.

• Community Engagement: Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture by actively engaging with pupils, families, and staff, ensuring strong community ties.

• Curriculum Development: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of a highly tailored and engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.

• Strategic Planning: Ensure the school s ongoing development and sustainability, maintaining alignment with our mission to provide outstanding education for all pupils.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success as a Headteacher or in a senior leadership role within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.
