Job Title: Headteacher

Location: Napier School, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 6EF

Salary: Up to £80,000.00 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As Headteacher, you will uphold our vision of ‘Thinking and Learning Differently’ and focus on delivering high-quality, creative learning tailored to our pupils’ needs, maximising achievement and development.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will exercise dynamic leadership, ensuring the development and promotion of the school's vision and continuous improvement. You will drive outstanding educational outcomes and inspire pupils, staff, and the community.

You will collaborate with the senior leadership team and the Regional Director to provide inclusive and outstanding educational and therapeutic services. You will have overall strategic leadership responsibility, maintaining high standards across the schools.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
