• Lead high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development across the school.
• Ensure students receive personalised support that enables them to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.
• Create a culture of high expectations, inclusion, accountability and professional excellence.
• Champion safeguarding and student welfare, ensuring children and young people remain safe, supported and empowered.
• Lead, develop and inspire a talented team, promoting staff wellbeing and professional growth.
• Ensure the school operates effectively, maintaining compliance, financial sustainability and inspection readiness.
• Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities and external agencies.
• Act as an ambassador for the school, enhancing its reputation and supporting future growth

What you will bring

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Current or previous Headteacher experience, or significant senior leadership experience as a Deputy Headteacher with clear readiness for Headship.
• A proven track record of improving outcomes and driving whole-school improvement.
• Strong experience leading teaching and learning, curriculum development, safeguarding and pastoral provision.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience using data, quality assurance and self-evaluation to raise standards.

  What you will bring

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Current or previous Headteacher experience, or significant senior leadership experience as a Deputy Headteacher with clear readiness for Headship.
