• Proven leadership experience within a specialist or SEND setting.
• A visionary leader with the passion and expertise to develop a brand-new provision.
• Extensive experience working with autistic children and young people, with a deep understanding of their needs.
• A strong communicator and team builder, dedicated to collaboration and positive outcomes.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS - Essential) and leadership qualifications (NPQH - Desirable).
