Job summary

Pound Hill Infant Academy in Crawley invites a dynamic Headteacher to lead our dedicated staff and drive an exceptional educational offer for every child.

The successful candidate will work within the REAch2 Multi-Academy Trust to raise standards, nurture partnerships with families and the community, and uphold our values of excellence, integrity and collaboration. Start date January 2027.

Headteacher – Pound Hill Infant Academy

Pound Hill Infant Academy, part of the REAch2 Multi‑Academy Trust, is seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in educational leadership, experience managing highly effective teams, and a passion for improving the life chances of children.   • Contract: Permanent.
  • Salary: Level 18 – Level 24.
