Job description

Overall purpose of role

To develop, implement, and maintain effective governance frameworks for all records and data across the bank's global operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive records and data governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitoring data quality and records and data metrics to ensure compliance with standards across the organization.
  • Identification and addressing of records and data management risks and gaps.
  • Development and implementation of a records and data management programme that ensures proper identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and disposal of records and data.
  • Development and implementation of a data governance strategy that aligns with the bank's overall data management strategy and business objectives.
  • Provision of group-wide guidance and training on records and data management standards and requirements.

Purpose of the role
