Job description

Frame Artists are a London based artist management company recruiting an experienced Social Media Manager on behalf of one of our headline artists, one of the biggest names in electronic music. We’re looking for a sharp, creative and hyper-organised individual, with excellent understanding & experience in social media, to join this artist’s team. This role is all about energy, precision and a deep understanding of UK music culture.

The Role:
  • Employer: Headline UK Electronic Artist
  • Position: Social Media Manager
  • Employment: Freelance Part Time
  • Fee: £1500-2500 a month depending on experience
  • Availability: Role expected to take about 50% of the working week. Remote online availability at weekends/evenings around key events is essential.
  • Location: Remote / Must operate on UK time zone in UK working hours & be available to attend shoots adhoc when requested in London
  • Reporting to: Artist’s management
  • Start date: Q4 trial. Q1 2026 onwards
Necessary Experience & Skills:
  • Must have experience of end to end social media management
  • Experience of editing video for social
  • An interest in & knowledge of dance music and rave culture
  • Native user of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Open and quick to learn emerging platforms and sub-platform tools (e.g. Threads, Reels, YT Shorts)
  • Able to absorb information and translate it into clear creative briefs
  • Problem solver and solutions-focused, not phased by changing plans
  • Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
  • Working knowledge of export settings, formats and platform-specific requirements (basic knowledge required; training provided)
  • Strong copywriter - writes in artist’s tone while following platform best practices

  • Strong eye for creative storytelling within a broader strategy
  • Deep understanding of how and why trends evolve (e.g. the shift to cinematic tour diaries/postcards)
  • Ability to spot and anticipate platform-native creative formats before they become mainstream
  • Brings fresh, exciting ideas aligned with the artist’s brand
  • Hyper-organised and systems-driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail and memory
  • Enjoys planning, scheduling, and keeping things on track across multiple projects
  • Obsessed with building and maintaining smooth workflows
Not essential but favourable:
  • Cultural Interests;
  • Specific interest in & knowledge of drum and bass scene
  • USA & international electronic music scene knowledge
  • Fashion and streetwear
  • Experience working with artists on their social media
  • Experience working on chart topping campaigns
  • Basic understanding of camera operation and settings (preferred; can be taught)
  • Prior experience in a small, fast-paced team (preferred but not essential)
