20 Stories, the restaurant in the sky at No.1 Spinningfields in Manchester, is part of The Evolv Collection. We are seeking a charismatic Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our dining team and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As face of the restaurant, you will mentor junior team members, coordinate service, and bring deep knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality to every guest interaction.
