Your key responsibilities

We invite you to join us as Head Waiter/Waitress at Brown’s. Working closely with The Drawing Room team, you will uphold our renowned five-star service standards on the floor, leading a team of floor staff by example with discreet, attentive, and efficient service.

With at least two years’ experience in a similar role, a deep knowledge of fine dining, and a natural leadership style, you will ensure that our guests’ expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the elegant atmosphere and seamless service that Brown’s is celebrated for.
