Position overview (the role):

As the Head Waiter, you will deliver exceptional service both individually and as part of a team. You will ensure smooth service by following operational guidelines and adhering to all policies and procedures. As a front-line team member, you will get to know guests’ preferences and tailor their experience to exceed expectations.

Key criteria:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
  • Inspire the team to perform their best daily and demonstrate passion for your field
  • Be receptive to feedback from leadership and foster a culture of constructive communication
  • Create a fair environment for growth and development, with opportunities to move across brands
  • Establish good rapport and working relationships with all staff and departments
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
  • Availability to work full-time and flexibility in scheduling
