A prestigious private member's club in London is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to join the Front of House Team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and supervise Junior Waiters. Head Waiter. Oswald’s is a private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• To assist and supervise Junior Waiters.
• To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous.

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
