Owned by Brett Graham, The Ledbury is a fine dining, 3 Michelin Star neighbourhood restaurant situated in Notting Hill.
We pride ourselves on our warm and professional service culture along with our focus on serving seasonal British ingredients.
We currently rear our own deer, Iberian pigs and Jersey cows and grow mushrooms in our fungarium.

The role:
Deliver an attentive dining experience to all guests by being responsible for effectively running a section in the restaurant, along with Chef de Rang colleagues whilst providing a memorable dining experience for all our guests.
Embody the core values of the restaurant, leading by example in all areas of restaurant conduct.
Be guest orientated, welcoming and friendly, maintain professional and respectful attitude and behaviour to guests, colleagues, and management.
To be fully articulate and knowledgeable of all menu items including all wines by the glass – champagnes to dessert wines.
Demonstrate an exceptional standard of personal appearance, ensuring good personal hygiene. To effectively manage your time and productivity whilst at work. To follow and complete any additional tasks as instructed to you by any senior member of staff.
