We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Head Waiter/Waitress to join our passionate team at the Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay at the iconic Savoy Hotel.

Home to hundreds of years of Hollywood history, the Savoy Grill has hosted some of the world’s most famous faces. Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay epitomizes ‘gourmet glamour’.

Guests can enjoy classic dishes like Gordon’s signature Beef Wellington and Rum Baba, flambéed at the table, showcasing the highest quality British produce.

What you do as a Head Waiter/Waitress:

1. Provide excellent product knowledge in food and wine, creating memorable guest experiences.
2. Manage your section, open and close shifts, and supervise and motivate junior team members.
3. Possess a passion for wine, ideally holding WSET Level 1 or 2 qualification.
4. Ensure consistency through attention to detail and coach the team to enhance their knowledge and confidence.
5. Support the management team to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests.
6. Use interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to meet high standards and performance targets.
