About us…

Our biggest restaurant (so far), Big Easy Canary Wharf, brings our laid-back Bar.B.Q style to the famous skyscrapers of London’s business district, complete with live music, home-style cooking, and plenty of fresh East Coast lobster. Our spectacular 150-seat sun-drenched terrace is a rare alfresco space in Canary Wharf, open year-round.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant is required for this position.

Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible hours.

How your role contributes to outstanding customer service:

To support the front of house team in creating and maintaining the quality of operation, service, and product that reflects the company’s reputation.

Key duties include:

  • Always demonstrating the best possible level of service.
  • Ensuring your allocated tables are cared for during service.
  • Building upon your knowledge of the company and its products.
  • Taking orders and processing them on EPOS.
  • Reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty.
  • Taking food and drink orders to tables.
  • Working in accordance with Food Safety Act, health and safety regulations, and The Licensing Act.
  • Keeping the restaurant tidy and set up for the next service.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance with a clean, ironed shirt and apron, permitted jewelry only, and tidy nails and hair.
  • Working the till area, making hot beverages, and preparing cutlery and side plates for service.
