Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to lead our front-of-house team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. The successful candidate will embody luxury hospitality values and maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring seamless service delivery
2. Train and mentor junior staff members in fine dining service protocols
3. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
4. Manage restaurant operations during service periods
5. Handle guest inquiries and special requests with utmost professionalism
6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
7. Oversee wine service and maintain wine knowledge
8. Manage reservations and special events
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Monitor and maintain stock levels of restaurant supplies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
2. Proven track record in leading front-of-house teams
3. Expert knowledge of food and wine service
4. Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards
5. WSET certification (preferred)
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluent English is essential, additional languages beneficial
8. Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software

Schedule:
• Full-time position
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 40-45 hours per week
