Responsibilities:

• Lead floor service to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, anticipatory service with professionalism.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the front-of-house team to uphold high service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings; communicate confidently.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and coordinate with the kitchen and maître d’ for seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of table settings, service tools, and dining areas.
