Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Head Waiter to join our flagship restaurant which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sqft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sqft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

The Head Waiter will be responsible for their section and for assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant operations for lunch and dinner services. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service and make our guests’ experience memorable.
