Responsibilities
  • Leading in the front-of-house team, supervise waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Warmly welcome guests and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Oversee order accuracy and timely service, address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Train and coach new staff to uphold service standards; collaborate closely with kitchen and team members for seamless communication.
  • Monitor service quality and promote menu items; contribute to revenue growth while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
  • Up to 17.50 per hour
