About Soho Farmhouse

The site hosts multiple food and beverage outlets, including The Main Barn, Comfy Farm, Fancy Farm, Pen Yen, Blake's Kitchen, and The Little Bell.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). Your main responsibility is to ensure members have an enjoyable experience by delivering excellent service from greeting to bill payment.

What we are looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
• Team player with good communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for food and beverages
• Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as required

Working hours

• Varying shifts across seven days, including evenings and weekends
• Average 32-45 hours per week

Transport

Subsidised transport rates offered from Chipping Norton (OX7) and Banbury (OX15 & OX16).
