We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter to join the team of our stunning private members club – Annabel’s, located at 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.

About Annabel’s: At 46 Berkeley Square, Annabel’s covers 26,000 square feet and features five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, and a cigar salon. A team of world-class chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists have created an outstanding array of menus, cocktail, and wine lists. We source seasonal ingredients and spirits to craft unique dining and drinking experiences.

Role Responsibilities: As Head Waiter, you will liaise with managers, floor team, and senior chefs to ensure smooth service. You will supervise junior team members, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy, private members’ club or high-end restaurant
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations
• Positive, flexible, enthusiastic team player
• Ability to develop good relationships with members and understand their preferences
• Experience with Fourth and EPOS systems (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for food and willingness to expand knowledge on menus, wines, and cocktails
• WSET qualification (desirable but not essential)
