This autumn will mark the launch of Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair.
Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred ChefJonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal . We’re on the lookout for a Head Waiter who is ready to lead with warmth, precision, and a love for exceptional food and wine.
As Head Waiter , you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations on the floor and delivering exceptional hospitality. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the front-of-house team, manage customer interactions, and assist in leading and training the team.
