Job summary

The Ivy Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter to join our team, overseeing a service section and guiding a team of Commis Waiters.

With at least 1 year in this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, manage orders and billing with accuracy, and uphold professional standards while mentoring your team.

This position offers competitive hourly pay (with tronc), 20 hours minimum contract, and ample staff benefits including discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Head Waiter or senior service role.
• Strong customer service with a professional approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team during service.

Responsibilities

Key elements of your role as Head Waiter
