My client is looking for an inspiring Head Nurse to join their South London practice—a fantastic opportunity to bring your clinical experience, passion for patient care, and leadership skills to a supportive, progressive team.

As Head Nurse, you'll play a key role in guiding talented nurses, students, and VCAs, ensuring they consistently deliver outstanding clinical care and an exceptional client experience. You'll work closely with the wider team to drive clinical standards, champion professional development, and help shape the future of the practice.

The Details:

  • Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Hours: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts), 1 in 4 weekends, plus participation in the duty night rota
  • Average 40-hour working week
