This is a leadership position reporting into an experienced Practice Manager, with line management responsibility for 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, and 2 veterinary care assistants. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, coordinate clinical workflows, and champion clinical standards and team wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Team leadership and mentorship
Support with rota planning, clinical governance, and audits
Working closely with the veterinary team to maximise efficiency
Encouraging continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture
This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week (flexible to a minimum of 35), with just 1 in 5 weekends, no on-call, no out-of-hours, and no backup rotasyour time off is truly your own.
Registered Veterinary Nurse with strong general practice experience

Competitive salary around £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
5.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays (increasing with service)
No out-of-hours or on-call duties
