Head Registered Veterinary Nurse – Cornwall

The Package:
• Excellent salary of between £31,000 and £33,000

About the Practice
Located in a vibrant seaside town, this dedicated small animal practice is proud of its strong community ties and loyal client base. With accreditation from the ISFM and plastic-free status, they are as committed to the environment as they are to excellent patient care.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, friendly team of 3 Vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 Receptionists. The practice is well-equipped with on-site diagnostics and a laboratory, offering 15-minute consultations and no out-of-hours, ensuring a great work-life balance.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN to step into a leadership position. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and supporting the nursing team on a day-to-day basis
• Maintaining and championing high standards of patient and client care
• Organising the nurse rota and managing workflow efficiently
• Overseeing and processing insurance claims
• Collaborating with the wider team to drive continuous improvement

Hours
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), but flexibility is available for the right candidate.
