Job summary

The Pet Vet Morden is seeking a capable Head Nurse to lead our 6-Vet team in a modern, purpose-built practice. You will support RVNs, students and VCAs, shaping professional development and delivering excellent patient care day and night.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a 4-day week with 9-hour shifts, a 1:4 weekend rota, and a strong emphasis on leadership and staff growth. DOE within a supportive, family-owned group.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical veterinary nursing experience.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for someone with a good level of clinical experience who is confident, self-motivated, engaging and keen to support the professional development of all our RVNs, students and VCAs.

Our Head Nurse salary is ranging from £34, to £42, (DOE). The required working pattern is 4 days a week, working 9-hour shifts and 1:4 weekends. This equates to an average 40 hour week. They will also take part in our duty night rota.
