Job summary

DNA Vetcare is proud to present a Head RVN opportunity at Westhorne Vets in Eltham, London. This permanent role offers a pathway to progress, with strong support from vets, RVNs and support staff to shape and grow the practice.

You will join an immense team with specialists and imaging colleagues, with a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience and a 4-day working week. A 1:3 weekend rota applies, with time back after weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN).
• Experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Willing to work in a veterinary small-animal practice in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RVN team and manage the head RVN duties.
• Shape and grow the practice with support from vets and staff.
• Collaborate with vets, RVNs and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Our fantastic Small Animal Practice, Westhorne Vets based in Eltham, London are looking for a permanent Head RVN to join their team!

This role would suit an RVN looking to progress in their career to become a head RVN, or a current Head RVN looking for a change. You will have the opportunity to shape and grow the practice alongside support from vets, RVN's and support staff.

Located just 4 miles away from Kent in a vibrant local community with beautiful parks and gardens.

This general practice position forms part of our immense team incorporating ophthalmologists, neurologists, cert holding surgeons, internal medicine genius plus hardcore imaging colleagues... We would love to tell you more about it:

• Salary up to £40,000 Depending on experience
• Work/Life rota - 4 day working week
• 1:3 weekend rota ( Days) if you work a weekend, you get your time back the following week.
