As the Head Nurse, your main responsibilities will include ensuring high clinical standards throughout the practice and leading the nursing team. You will play a pivotal role in fostering efficient collaboration among all teams within the practice, including reception, support, and nursing teams, to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for our patients during their visit.

Work-Life Balance

This practice understands the importance of work-life balance and values the well-being of its team. The rota for this role involves working 40 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm. You will be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays, but we do not have out-of-hours duties, allowing you to enjoy your personal time to the fullest.
