We’re on the lookout for a Head Vet to lead our fabulous team at The Pet Vet Lincoln! This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the continuous improvement of our clinical standards and services and to upskill colleagues to support us in our aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.
Our new Head Vet will be a key member of our surgery’s management team. We’re looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring our team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence‑based care.
The required working pattern is 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends. No OOH but we do need our Head Vet to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients. Vet salaries can be negotiable, depending on experience.
