Newent Community School and Sixth Form Centre is a Single Academy Trust with over 1,000 young people aged 11 – 18. We serve our local area of Newent but also surrounding towns such as Ross on Wye, Ledbury and Newnham on Severn, as well as young people from Gloucester. Twenty five percent of our young people come from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Either way, you will have a demonstrable track record of successful school leadership and understand the complexities of leading a school in such a setting. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent leader with a track record of raising standards and a vision of “excellence” to lead us on a journey of improvement.
