Cambian Potterspury Lodge School is a special school that offers fantastic opportunities for up to 64 children and young people with a primary diagnosis of Autism and who have an EHCP. The school is very well subscribed with a strong pipeline, and our educational offer is valued by local authorities and the parents/carers we serve. Over the past three years, the academic performance of the school has been in the top quartile for independent special schools, and the variety of curriculum on offer is very much appreciated by the young people and their parents/carers.

We are looking for an outstanding leader with previous experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head. You will have a deep understanding of SEN and be motivated to further build and develop an inspiring vision for the school. You will have experience in raising standards and understand the regulatory environment.
