The Role:

As a Head Stylist, you will play a key role in our grooming salon, combining hands-on grooming skills with leadership. You will set salon standards, mentor a talented team, and ensure every pet leaves looking and feeling great.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality grooming for a variety of breeds with confidence and precision

• Lead grooming standards in the salon through practical leadership

• Support and develop your team by sharing advanced grooming techniques

• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment for pet owners

• Work with the Store Manager to improve salon performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Extensive experience in dog grooming, from bathing to breed-specific styling

• A customer-focused, friendly, and professional approach

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week), with potential for more during busy times. This is a full-time position.

• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in target-driven environments is preferred but not essential; however, a goal-oriented mindset is important.
