Head Stylist (Dog Groomer) – Abingdon – 39 Hours

Who are we?
We’re Pets at Home, a leading pet care company with Pet Care Centres, Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK.

What’s the role?
As a Head Stylist, you will be crucial to our grooming salons' success. Your responsibilities include delivering high-standard pet grooming, leading by example, maintaining grooming standards, handling advanced grooming requests, upskilling team members, and motivating your team. You will also ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to the salon's commercial growth. We provide comprehensive training to help you deliver excellent service, with competitive pay and opportunities for additional earnings through our Earn As You Learn programs.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate about providing excellent service
• Flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week, with Sundays off
• Confident in dog grooming, knowledgeable about styles and trends, able to complete high-standard grooms on various breeds
• Experience in a customer-facing salon environment
• Preferably experienced in target-driven settings, but willing to learn
